DISPA® provides a high-quality, eco-friendly alternative to traditional plastics for creating striking short-term displays and signage. This innovative 3.8mm thick paperboard combines all the essential features of a top-tier sign and display material – superior flatness, a smooth, uniform surface, excellent printability, strength, and stability – while remaining 100% recyclable.

The unique manufacturing process behind DISPA® results in a composite board with an embossed paper core, delivering pristine, bright white surfaces that ensure exceptional printing results with consistent flatness and rigidity. Thanks to its patented technology, DISPA® maintains these qualities across the entire panel, offering remarkable durability.

DISPA® is easy to process manually and can be effortlessly molded into three-dimensional shapes. Its core structure, with evenly distributed hemispheres, provides isotropic properties, ensuring uniformity during all stages of processing, regardless of direction.

These properties contribute to superior printing quality without the unwanted read-through commonly found with corrugated or fluted materials. Unlike competitors like corrugated boards or fluted polypropylene, DISPA® offers improved yield per panel by reducing waste, thanks to its direction-independent processing capabilities.

A key advantage of DISPA® is its recyclability, allowing it to be disposed of in the paper waste stream, making it a highly sustainable choice for signage and display solutions.

DISPA® is an innovative multi-layer paperboard available in 3.8 mm (5-layer). Its embossed paper core provides superior rigidity and flatness, and it is made from FSC-certified paper, ensuring full recyclability. The boards offer brilliant white, smooth surfaces, ideal for both screen and digital printing, delivering excellent results.

The non-directional core structure ensures optimal flatness, dimensional stability, and a lightweight product. DISPA®'s superior surface quality makes it an excellent choice for applications such as indoor promotional campaigns, ceiling-mounted signs, display stands, and POS/POP displays. It can also be easily disposed of as waste paper through national recycling systems.

DISPA® is committed to sustainability, with efforts to reduce CO2 emissions, energy, and water consumption, while minimizing waste. Since 2014, CO2 emissions and energy use have decreased by more than 50%, and waste has been reduced by 45%. The production site runs on 100% hydropower electricity.

DISPA® paperboards are part of 3A Composites' FIVE-DOT-MISSION system, which evaluates products based on sustainability factors like biobased and recycled content, CO2 footprint, product life cycle, and recyclability. With a total of 10–13 points, DISPA® achieves a FIVE-DOT classification, reflecting its strong commitment to sustainability. This transparent system helps guide purchasing decisions while also tracking product innovation and improvement at 3A Composites.
