Briteline Polymeric Laminate is a premium self-adhesive film designed to protect digitally printed graphics. The transparent polymeric calendered vinyl face film is UV-stabilised, offering up to 5 years of external colour stability. Its permanent solvent-based adhesive provides excellent adhesion to printed media produced with solvent, eco-solvent, and latex inks (not suitable for UV prints due to potential silvering).

The 135 g/m² kraft liner ensures reliable planarity and easy handling during lamination.

Typical Uses

• Long-term outdoor and indoor lamination of printed graphics

• Protects prints from abrasion and helps retard colour fading

• Provides a smooth matt or gloss finish to enhance the final graphic

Construction

• Face film: 75 µm polymeric calendered vinyl

• Adhesive: Permanent clear solvent-based acrylic

• Release liner: Clay-coated kraft paper, 135 g/m²

Converting Method

• Compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, and latex prints

• Apply using a laminator

• Allow prints to dry a minimum of 24 hours before lamination

• Apply without tension to ensure optimum finish

Expected Durability

• Up to 5 years vertical outdoor durability (Central Europe, Zone 1)

• Note: Extreme conditions (UV exposure, altitude, polluted environments, or horizontal/south-facing applications) may reduce lifespan

Shelf Life

• 2 years when stored at 23°C and 50% relative humidity

• Avoid high temperature and humidity to prevent reduction in shelf life
